The Hartford Team of Public Allies Connecticut intends to complete a team service project that raises awareness of homeless youth in the community and provide resources to them through free luncheons and free distribution of bilingual resource guides listing essential survival information.

MISSION
The Hartford Team of Public Allies Connecticut intends to complete a team service project that maps the characteristics of the homeless youth population and existing services, that connects the homeless youth population to these resources, and that generates public awareness about the challenges facing Hartford’s homeless youth population.
